Class Structure
Warm-up (5-10 minutes): Simple dance moves to elevate the heart rate
Main Routine (40-45 minutes): Latin-inspired dance moves, set to high-energy music. Styles can include salsa, reggaeton, merengue, and more. Moves alternate between low and high intensity for a cardio workout.
Cool Down (5-10 minutes): Slow-paced dance/stretching movements to gradually reduce heart rate.
